A Palm Beach Post reporter interviewed residents at St. Andrews Estates who took part in a "dream flight" on a WWII era biplane last week. Seven seniors from Boca Raton climbed aboard the military aircraft, including a 95-year-old WWII veteran who returned to the cockpit for the first time in decades.
Still active and agile at 95, Duane Webster climbed one leg at a time into a World War II-era biplane at Boca Raton Airport on Thursday. Webster settled into the war-era plane - something the U.S. Marine Corps. veteran hasn't done since the 1940s.
