At Spring House Estates, living an active and engaged life can happen anywhere — including on a beautiful new outdoor deck designed for gathering, conversation, and connection.
Residents, families and team members recently came together to dedicate the new space, made possible through generous gifts stewarded by Acts Legacy Foundation from the estates of two beloved residents, Gladys Heibesen and Gail Malasky.
The deck offers residents another place to enjoy the outdoors, catch up with friends, share a conversation, or simply spend time together. It’s a space designed not just for today, but for the many memories that will be made there in the years ahead.
During the ribbon cutting, the Spring House Estates community celebrated the lasting impact of Gladys and Gail and the meaningful legacies they left behind. Their generosity is creating opportunities for others to connect and enjoy life together — a fitting tribute to two women remembered for the friendship, kindness, and sense of community they brought to those around them.
At Acts, retirement is about more than where you live. It’s about having opportunities to stay active, pursue interests, build relationships, and remain engaged with the people and world around you. At Spring House Estates, this new gathering space is one more place where those opportunities can come to life.
