Acts' Lima Estates recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of its new putting green, marking the completion of the first phase of an exciting initiative to enhance the community’s outdoor recreation spaces.
The project was made possible through the generosity of Lima residents, who have raised funds through the Acts Legacy Foundation to support a variety of outdoor recreation spaces. Acts is matching a portion of the funds raised by residents, further supporting the community’s vision for enhanced outdoor amenities.
The ongoing campaign will bring new opportunities for residents to stay active, socialize, and enjoy the outdoors, with additional projects including a new bocce court, pickleball enhancements, and a new outdoor pavilion to replace the community’s weathered gazebo.
The new putting green provides residents with another way to enjoy friendly competition, spend time with neighbors, and make the most of Lima’s beautiful outdoor spaces.
