Clemens -Kulathum Appointment

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, one of the nation's largest not-for-profit senior living organizations, recently announced the election of Tom Clemens and Dil Kulathum to the Acts Board of Directors.

Tom Clemens is an officer of Clemens Family Corporation, a privately-owned pork production and processing company based in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, where he serves as President of the family's real estate development group. Clemens holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University.

Dil Kulathum is a managing partner at Tru Capital Investments, a private equity firm based in Austin, Texas. He previously served as vice president of international and global strategy at CARDONE Industries. Kulathum holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Oral Roberts University, an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
