Acts Legacy Foundation
Acts Family of Charitable Funds
The Acts Family of Charitable Funds support benevolence, program and mission development objectives core to the Acts Retirement-Life Communities mission.
This fund help relieve the financial burden which can confront any Acts resident when the unexpected dissipation of personal resources makes it difficult or even impossible to meet the total cost of care. When community specific benevolent assistance funds, known as Samaritan, Benevolence and Heritage Funds, are insufficient, this greatest fund need supplements the community in meeting their benevolent resident assistance financial need.

Mark was particularly passionate about employee training and development within the Acts organization. This fund honors his legacy through employee scholarships.

This fund assists Acts by supplementing costs for this "university without walls," which provides professional and personal education opportunities for Acts employees.
