Make an Online Gift Now

A gift of cash is the simplest way of giving. Checks may be made payable to Acts Legacy Foundation with your designated fund in the memo line. A recurring monthly charitable gift can be added to the resident maintenance statement or billed monthly to a credit card.

For individuals age 70½ or older, an IRA Charitable Rollover allows up to $111,000 per year to be transferred directly to Acts. The gift is excluded from taxable income and may satisfy Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).

Consider making your Acts community a beneficiary with a grant recommendation. You can specify a fund, campaign, or purpose for your grant recommendation. Please let us know about your Donor Advised Fund gift.

Receive fixed annual income for life in exchange for a gift of cash or securities. Benefits include guaranteed income, partial tax-free payments, no immediate capital gains tax, and income tax deduction. Annuity rates are based on age. Visit our Gift Calculator for a personalized example.

Gifts of appreciated securities can provide meaningful tax advantages. Money market funds are also accepted.

Check with your employer to see if your gift qualifies for matching.

Multi-year pledges allow you to make a significant commitment while spreading payments over up to two years. Pledges may be fulfilled using cash or stock.

A gift through your estate ensures Acts’ future while potentially reducing estate taxes. Bequests may include cash or specific property, a percentage of your estate, or the remainder of your estate. Consult your attorney to determine the best option.
