Acts Fort Washington Estates hosted nearly 120 local seniors from Upper Dublin High School for a "Senior to Senior" project partnership!

Local reporter Matteo Iadonisi from 6ABC spent more than an hour with the student and resident seniors, learning about their collaboration over the first half of the school year, capturing the energy and spirit that's grown from the partnership.

A few years ago, English teachers from the school approached Fort Washington Estates for a class project called "The Art of the Story." It begins with local students pairing in groups with a resident senior for interviews about their lives. The students then turn the life stories they learn into a class project, writing a biography for their resident partner about big and small moments in their lives, and the impact the stories, wisdom, and advice have on the students. 

Toward the end of the semester, students present handmade biographies in the form of scrapbooks to their resident and talk about what the partnership has meant to them.
