Lanier Village Estates' Carriage Homes Expansion in Final Phase

Lanier Village Estates, an Acts Retirement-Life Community in Gainesville, Georgia, is in the final phase of a major expansion project. Some residents have already move into their new luxurious carriage homes. The last set of homes are scheduled to be completed by August or September.

The 107-acre community is adding 31 carriage homes to its campus bringing the total number of carriage homes to 62. The Gainesville Times took a tour of the new homes and spoke with Executive Director Pam Kauffman about the exciting project.
