The Terraces at Bonita Springs is celebrating another standout year after earning two prestigious recognitions in the 2025 Naples Daily News and Bonita Banner Community Choice Awards—including one of the region’s most coveted distinctions: Best Retirement Community.
This marks the fifth time The Terraces has received the community’s top vote in this category, a reflection of its long-standing reputation for excellence, vibrant lifestyle, and exceptional resident experience. This impressive multi-year achievement highlights enduring trust and satisfaction among Southwest Florida residents.
In addition, The Terraces was also honored as the Best Assisted/Senior Living Facility for the sixth consecutive year, earning this honor every year since 2021. This consistent recognition underscores the community’s dedication to outstanding care and support for residents at every stage of retirement.

Each year, The Naples Daily News and the Bonita Banner open nominations to the public to vote for their favorite business across more than 160 categories. Five businesses in each category receiving the most support advance to the final voting round. Winners were announced at an elegant gala at the Naples Grande Beach Resort in September, where more than 700 people gathered to celebrate.
