Tropical Storm Isaias is forecasted to impact our communities in our Chesapeake, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast Regions most of the day tomorrow, Tuesday, August 4, starting in the early morning and potentially lasting through the early evening. This storm is expected to bring heavy winds, rain and potential flooding to our area.
Although any storm forecast is unpredictable, Acts’ Leadership Team has experience managing all types of storms, including tropical storms. The executive director and the community teams have coordinated all their preparations with the regional and corporate teams. Our communities are prepared to manage the storm’s potential impact, and staff will be on campus to mitigate any concerns that may arise with the storm, including power outages. We will continue to update our website and community Facebook pages with any further developments.
