
Acts Retirement-Life Communities (Acts) has appointed veteran senior living executive Terri S. Cunliffe to its Board of Directors, adding more than three decades of leadership experience in continuing care retirement communities and nonprofit senior living to the organization's governing body.
Cunliffe brings more than 36 years of experience in senior living operations, strategy, wellness, and organizational growth. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Covenant Living Communities and Services, a national not-for-profit provider operating 19 continuing care retirement communities across 11 states and generating more than $400 million in annual revenue.
Cunliffe also has a longstanding connection to Acts, having served as Executive Director of Edgewater at Boca Pointe, providing her with firsthand knowledge of the organization's mission, culture, and commitment to residents.
A respected leader within the broader senior living field, Cunliffe previously served on the LeadingAge National Board of Directors and chaired LeadingAge Florida. She has been a frequent speaker at national and state conferences and is recognized for her focus on innovation, wellness, and mission-centered leadership.
She holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Long-Term Care Administration from the University of Minnesota.
