While all the northerners are fending off the cold with hot chocolate and bonfires, St. Andrews Estates residents donned their floral print shirts and shorts for a luau by the pool. The residents enjoyed the early sunset while sipping on virgin strawberry daiquiris and pina coladas. Executive Director Sonja Jorgensen and resident Sam Luffman were especially excited to taste the appetizers, including shish kabobs, poolside.
