Gwynedd Estates Community Scholarship Fund

The Gwynedd Estates Community Scholarship Fund (formerly the Feldman‑Lohman Scholarship Fund) was created in 2022 through the generosity of founding residents Ellen Feldman Lohman and Denis Lohman. Their gift was inspired by a strong desire to support the team members who make Gwynedd Estates feel like family. Since then, many friends and residents have joined in sustaining the fund, reflecting a shared commitment to education, opportunity, and growth.

This scholarship continues to support team members pursuing further education, professional certifications, or career advancement. Eligible applicants may apply for assistance toward any accredited community college, university, or qualified instructional program
