Jeremy Neely is Senior Vice President & Chief Community Operations Officer. He oversees all aspects of community operations with a focus on resident and team member satisfaction, as well as operational efficiency across the organization’s network of campuses.
Mr. Neely has held numerous operational and administrative roles within the organization, including Corporate Business Office Manager, Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Vice President for the Northeast Region, and Senior Vice President of Community Operations.
He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Eastern Connecticut State University and an MBA from Eastern University. He is also a Certified Aging Services Professional and has served as a CARF/CCAC surveyor. Mr. Neely is a graduate of the LeadingAge Leadership Academy and later contributed to the program as a coach. He served on the LeadingAge PA Board for nearly a decade, ultimately becoming Board Chair.
Mr. Neely is actively involved in community service and has served as Treasurer for the George Washington Carver Community Center and for the Macedonia Baptist Church Community Center and Daycare.
