More than 97% of Acts Residents
Receive COVID-19 Vaccine!
Acts is proud that more than 97% of residents across our 26 communities received their COVID-19 vaccination. This includes 94% of our WillowBrooke Court residents and 96% of our OakBridge Terrace residents having been fully vaccinated with both doses. We’ve been so blessed as an organization to have the ability to vaccinate our residents and staff members conveniently within each of our campuses.
Residents Give Acts High Marks for COVID-19 Response
In a survey of more than 5,000 independent living residents conducted by Holleran Consulting, residents rated Acts 4.6 out of 5 for the organization’s overall response to the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to make them comfortable. These efforts included meal service delivery and other concierge services, sending ongoing update communications, administering more than 335,000 COVID-19 tests, and offering a variety of life engagement opportunities.
Highlights of the Year
The following significant accomplishments achieved during Fiscal Year 2020 contributed to Acts’ strong operating performance. We thank all of our team members, partners and supporters who have made these achievements possible.
Financial and Operational
Performance
Despite the unprecedented
challenges of the COVID-19 94% pandemic, our strong operating
and financial performance
has kept the organization
on solid ground and assured
the long-term viability of our
mission. Contributing to our solid financial standing is our high levels of occupancy, with 94% of our units occupied, sold, or committed companywide. With a priority list of more than 2,900 households, we expect occupancy to remain strong.
