  Delivering Outstanding Resident Care
Since the pandemic began, our health centers experienced more than 100 infection control surveys completed by local, state, and federal
regulators. All of the surveys concluded with excellent results, underscoring our sound protocols
and practices in the areas of staffing, care quality, infection control, and other safety measures in place.
These remarkable accomplishments are a testament to the dedication and skill of our outstanding healthcare
team, especially under such extraordinary conditions from the COVID-19 pandemic.
 Technology Investments Drive Resident
Engagement & Well-being
Throughout the pandemic, Acts has worked hard to keep our residents engaged and connected with their families, even when visits were not possible, by increasing the use of technology. Acts continued advancing technology innovation with a two-year technology infrastructure and resident engagement investment plan that significantly enhances
campus WiFi, smart apartment options, campus safety and security, voice enabled portal and App experiences, along with new point of service and well-being applications.

FROM CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES
Acts continued to have outstanding results system-wide from the annual health center surveys, placing our care centers among the best in the country. All Acts health centers met state and federal survey standards, typically scoring significantly better than state and national averages with 24 out of 25 Acts WillowBrooke Court Skilled Care Centers earning a 4-or 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
