Investing in Our Future
The pandemic didn’t stop Acts from moving forward
with our strategic plan for purposeful growth, with many communities completing or currently undergoing major repositioning and community enhancement projects supporting Acts Signature Experience. They include completed projects at Normandy Farms Estates and
Azalea Trace (cottages), and several projects currently under construction including Lanier Village Estates (cottages), Country House (cottages and independent living apartments) Matthews Glen (villas and independent living apartments) and Indian River Estates (villas). In total, Acts manages approximately $100 million in capital projects annually. The result is stronger communities that honor the investments of our residents and position us to grow our mission in the future.
