Acts has a strong commitment to continuously
reinvest in our communities. In total, Acts now
manages in excess of $100 million in capital
projects annually. The result are stronger
communities that honor the investments of
our residents while positioning us to grow our
mission in the future. In 2018, major repositioning
and campus enhancement projects were completed or currently underway at Gwynedd Estates (bistro & exterior renovations), Cokesbury Village (exterior building enhancements), Plantation Estates (pavilion renovations), Tryon Estates (clubhouse renovation), St. Andrews Estates (café renovation), Edgewater at Boca Pointe (clubhouse repositioning), and Azalea Trace (entry enhancements).
