Highlights of the Year - continued
  Industry Leading Reputation
Overall awareness of Acts continued to grow aided by strong multimedia production,
multi-channel marketing promotion, public relations, and social media initiatives. The Acts
website received more than 788,000 visits, a 15% increase from the year before, as multiple offline
and online strategies were utilized to convert about 81% of our new leads. Our COVID-19 Information
Center experienced nearly 45,000 visits, helping to further our commitment to transparency and
communications throughout the pandemic. Acts also adopted new technology platforms to aid our sales teams with virtual tours and presentations, allowing
customers to continue experiencing the Acts lifestyle while in-person campus visits were limited.
 Supporting the Mission
Through the Acts Legacy Foundation, including affiliate entities, successful fundraising programs are in place that facilitate contributions for worthy community projects, and to build special purpose funds that benefit residents and employees in the spirit of the Acts mission. In
Over
    2020, more than 3,400 donors provided over $4.2 million in charitable gifts to the Foundation. Through the Acts and community Samaritan Funds, the Foundation directed more than $2.4 million of
its charitable assets for assistance in fulfilling its resident benevolence commitments. Residents benefited through community enhancements, grounds and gardens improvements, and new memory support and wellness initiatives with more than $1.6 million in donor supported funding. Other charitable funds totaling approximately $200,000 benefited
employees though emergency assistance, educational scholarships and Acts Corporate University initiatives.
