  “SASsy” Cyclers: Fitness & Friendship
A new cycling club at St. Andrews Estates celebrated Active Aging Week with its first group ride! Resident George Harper founded the SASsy Cyclers. They plan to ride across their beautiful Boca Raton campus at least twice a month.
Step Up to Better Balance
How good is your balance? Thanks to the generosity of residents, Edgewater at Boca Pointe has a new Shuttle Balance trainer. Resident Marlyn Keauver (pictured here), inspired by last year’s International Council on Active Aging conference, helped raise money for the equipment through the Acts Legacy Foundation.
Residents Saddle Up for Rodeo Night!
Indian River Estates residents traveled back to the old west during Texas Rodeo Night where they dressed up and enjoyed dinner, line dancing and a fun photo op.

“Inspiring Wellness” with a Paint Brush
Patsy Morgan, Barbara Berry and Rosemarie Bishop of Azalea Trace enjoyed a painting class, one of the many activities during Active Aging Week, centered on this year’s theme Inspiring Wellness.
