For its fifth consecutive year, Westminster Village has proudly accepted the prestigious 2023 Nappie Award for Best Retirement Community. The Spanish Fort community, and its favorable location as the ultimate retirement destination in the serene and charming Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, was voted by the readers of Lagniappe Weekly which covers all of Baldwin and Mobile Counties.

Westminster Village became part of the Acts Retirement-Life Communities family in 2017, after Acts affiliated with Presbyterian Retirement Corporation, Inc. Over the past five years, Acts has substantially invested in the community to modernize the residences and recreation spaces to appeal to the next generation of seniors.
