Joining the Acts Priority List automatically makes you a member of the Acts Future Resident Club. With our exclusive retirement club membership, you'll get to know your future neighbors better by participating in community events and entertainment or taking advantage of some of the on-campus amenities before you move in!

Access to Acts Home Health and Senior Services (modest fees apply)

Just one fee for all 27 communities

You can become a member of Acts Future Resident Club and join the Acts Priority List for any and all Acts retirement communities with just one application. The retirement club fee is refundable (minus a $200 administrative fee) and will be applied toward your entrance fee when you move in.

Flexibility

Joining the Acts Future Resident Club does not mean that you will need to move in right away, but you will start building seniority for available accommodations. The Acts Priority List is a great way to secure your place in and start enjoying the benefits of our communities today.
