Azalea Trace has bragging rights for the best crab cake in Pensacola, Florida! This fabulous culinary team won first place for the People's Choice award in the prestigious The Arc Gateway Crab Cake Cook Off. This is the second year in a row for Azalea Trace to receive this highest honor, and its fifth win in a first place category.

Azalea Trace had the honor to compete with fifteen local restaurants and catering companies, among the finest dining establishments in Pensacola.

The team was led by Executive Chef James Fontaine with his creation of Tarragon Crab Cake with a Buttermilk dressing. Chow Manreal and Tyler Scott were also vital to the Azalea Trace team.
