Joining the ACTS Priority List automatically makes you a member the ACTS Future Resident Club. With our exclusive club membership, you’ll get to know your future neighbors better by participating in community events and entertainment or taking advantage of some of the on-campus amenities before you move in!
The benefits of club membership include:
- Access to day and overnight trips
- Invitations to entertainment including speakers, musicians and other special events
- Access to ACTS Home Health and Senior Services (modest fees apply)
- Exclusive member events and special offers
- Informative information about ACTS, including Friends & Neighbors newsletters, and more
Just one fee for all 23 communities
You can join the ACTS Priority List for any and all ACTS communities with just one application. The fee is refundable (minus a $200 administrative fee) and will be applied toward your entrance fee when you move in.
Flexibility
Joining the ACTS Future Resident Club does not mean that you will need to move in right away, but you will start building seniority for available accommodations.
