8 Recognition for First Class Service in the ‘First State’ Congratulations to Country House resident, former Delaware Governor Dale Wolf, who received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Delaware. Gov. Wolf was honored not only for his years of service to the university, but also for a lifetime of achievements, including his service in the U.S. Army during WWII, his esteemed career at DuPont and his years of public service to “The First State.” A Derby Day to Remember This year’s Kentucky Derby may have come with a little bit of controversy, but there was nothing controversial about the stylish Cokesbury Village residents on Derby Day. Lila Peterson’s hat was on point during the Run for the Roses. A Volunteer’s Heart Congratulations to Lima Estates resident Catalina “Cathy” Zobel, who was named Volunteer of the Year by LeadingAge PA. Cathy’s family traveled from Delaware, Virginia and New Hampshire to be there when she was honored with a Distinguished Service Award.
