Dear Friends & Supporters,
During times of crisis, the spirit of the American people is
unmatched. We all come together to support each other and
to contribute in any and every way possible. Certainly, the same
holds true at Acts. Every day, there are many examples of residents
and employees going above and beyond in providing assistance,
support and friendship to each other. Never has this been more evident than during
the challenging times we have experienced in responding to the global Coronavirus pandemic. While this crisis has brought much uncertainty throughout our country and the world, it has also once again reaffirmed what makes Acts the special organization it is.
Every day we receive words of gratitude from residents and their families, who express how thankful they are for the work being done to keep them and their loved ones safe. We have seen countless residents, staff and many others within the extended Acts family step up to help out in so many ways, from cards and video messages of encouragement, to the financial support and donated protective equipment, and their continued support of the ministry of Acts through their gifts to the Acts Legacy Foundation.
In the pages of this Donor Report, you will see the spirit of generosity and caring highlighted throughout the entire Acts family in 2019. As a donor, or as a volunteer, your involvement in fundraising events, annual charitable donations, life-income gifts and estate planning help the organization and our communities continue to grow and flourish.
On behalf of the respective Acts Boards and committees, as well as the residents aided through your philanthropy, we thank you for your tremendous partnership, generosity and support expressed through your donations. We could not be prouder of the Acts family and are humbled to be part of this amazing organization. We simply could not do what we do without the support of each and every one of our donors, volunteers and champions in service.
