CARF International for meeting the industry’s highest standards in financial and operational performance. To become accredited, a team of independent surveyors assess the community for financial and operational soundness, as well as quality of services in such areas as culinary, activities, resident rights, access to services, healthcare, and the overall safety and security of the community. After achieving accreditation, a community must demonstrate continued conformance on an annual basis before being reaccredited. This year, many Acts communities are undergoing the re-accreditation process including Lima Estates, Normandy Farms Estates, Gwynedd Estates, Westminster Village, Edgewater at Boca Pointe, Indian River Estates and St. Andrews Estates.Acts is proud that each of its communities is accredited by the independent agency
CARF accreditation is widely regarded as a mark of quality for retirement communities, and only a small percentage of CCRCs across the nation have attained accreditation. As a company, no other senior living organization has more accredited communities than Acts, which is a testament to our pledge and commitment to continuously improve and deliver the highest level of care and services for our residents.
