Bob Chase, president of the Brittany Pointe Resident’s Association, Joe Eisler, past president and Tama Carey of PANPHA LANSDALE, PA -- ACTS/Brittany Pointe Estates Residents' Association in Lansdale recently was awarded a PANPHA Distinguished Service Award as Volunteer Group of the Year. A total of 12 highly coveted senior service awards were presented by PANPHA, the state’s largest trade association representing nonprofit private, fraternal, religious and government sponsored providers of housing and health-related service options to Pennsylvania’s elderly.
Comprised of over 350 energetic members, Brittany Pointe Estate's Residents' Association (BPERA) gives of its time and talents in extra ordinary ways. With over 35 standing committees, BPERA engages in meaningful activities and event which involve enormous planning and implementation all for the benefit of residents, staff and the outside community.
Some of their many ongoing contributions include: the operation of an in-house TV station; coordination and staffing of numerous visiting, special interest, veterans and intergenerational programs; and donations to assist residents in need and to go toward staffing scholarships.
