Plan ahead, join the Waiting List
Joining the ACTS Waiting List is the first step toward becoming a resident at an ACTS retirement community.
As a member of the ACTS Waiting List, you will be notified when an apartment, carriage home or villa of your preference becomes available. Notifications occur based on the date a member joined the Waiting List. Only members of the ACTS Waiting List are offered available units and have exclusive benefits of our "Ready or Not" Club membership.
Here's how to become a resident at an ACTS community:
1. Submit your Waiting List Ready or Not Club application and deposit.
The cost to join the Waiting List is $1,200 per person, or $2,200 for a couple. This deposit is refundable, less a $200 processing fee.
2. Designate yourself as a "Ready" or "Not Ready" member of our Waiting List.
"Ready" members will actively receive offers if their names come to the top of the list for their preferred apartment, carriage home or villas.
"Not Ready" members remain on the list, but are not called for available units until they switch to the "Ready" status. Not Ready Club members may switch to the Ready status at any time, and are always guaranteed their place on the list by their date of application.
3. Select an apartment, carriage home or villa.
Our Life Care Consultants will call "Ready" Waiting List members to offer available living accommodations when they are available. When an accommodation is selected, members sign a unit selection contract and begin the move-in process, which typically takes 90 days.
