The community offers 323 independent living apartments in a variety of sizes, from studios to one, two and three bedroom apartment homes each with their own patio or balcony. There are also continuing care accommodations of 52 assisted living suites and 96 skilled care beds for residents, should they ever need a higher level of care. 

Spring House Estates residents find it’s easy to enjoy life on campus as well as off, with many recreational spaces, activites, amenities and services to be found on our 58-acre campus.

Spring House Estates is located in the Spring House area of Lower Gwynedd Township, one of the oldest townships in Pennsylvania’s historic Montgomery County.

From here, you'll find yourself enjoying a peaceful, welcoming community with a long list of shopping, dining, cultural and recreational attractions nearby. What’s more, many of the nation’s top hospitals and health care providers are just 30 minutes away in Center City Philadelphia.

Secure, recognized and accredited

Spring House Estates proudly offers residents ACTS’ Type A Life Care Contract, the most secure contract a CCRC can offer, assuring residents physical and financial security throughout their retirement years.

Furthermore, Spring House is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. This accreditation is the highest recognition a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) can attain.
