Currently, the community offers 367 independent living apartments — ranging from studios to one, two and three bedroom apartment homes each with their own patio or balcony — as well as continuing care accommodations of 36 assisted living suites and 120 skilled care beds for residents, should they ever need a higher level of care. 

Residents here relax and enjoy the on-campus amenities and services, including a state-of-the art fitness center and indoor pool among many others on our 75-acre campus.

Location, location, location

Located just outside of Northeast Philadelphia, residents of Southampton Estates find it easy to enjoy the closeness to the city as well as the area’s quaint smaller communities like Hatboro, Warminster, Trevose and others.

This area of southern Bucks County has many historic and cultural attractions as well as shopping, dining and other destinations nearby. Additionally, many of the nation’s top hospitals and health are providers are just 45 minutes away in nearby Center City Philadelphia.

Secure, recognized and accredited

Southampton Estates proudly offers residents ACTS’ Type A Life Care Contract, the most secure contract a CCRC can offer, assuring residents physical and financial security throughout their retirement years.

Furthermore, Southampton Estates is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. This accreditation is the highest recognition a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) can attain.
