Granite Farms Estates proudly offers residents ACTS’ Type A Life Care Contract, the most secure contract a CCRC can offer, assuring residents physical and financial security throughout their retirement years.

Furthermore, Granite Farms Estates is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. This accreditation is the highest recognition a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) can attain.
