The pricing at Heron Point involves two fees, which entitle the resident(s) to a lifetime lease of a living accommodation in a residential, assisted living or skilled care residence, based on need. The one-time entrance fee and monthly fees are determined by the size and location of the living accommodation and the number of residents residing in it.
The monthly fee includes:
