This Boca Raton retirement community, one of three ACTS communities in Boca Raton, opened in 1980. The community  provides a resort-like atmosphere with all of the amenities and services sought by seniors seeking carefree retirement living -- from fitness and leisure activities to a variety of dining options.

Residents at St. Andrews Estates South have their choice of living accommodations — from studios to one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. There are 311 independent living apartments on campus, as well as continuing care accommodations of 40 assisted living suites, with another 119 skilled care beds at St. Andrews Estates North, available to residents, should they ever need a higher level of care.

St. Andrews Estates South is located in Boca Raton, just six miles from the Atlantic Beaches and close to Boca's main shopping, dining and entertainment. 

Secure, recognized and accredited

St. Andrews Estates South is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. This accreditation is the highest recognition a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) can attain. 

What's more, St. Andrews Estates South offers ACTS’ Type A Life Care Contract, the most secure contract a CCRC can offer, assuring our residents' physical and financial security throughout their retirement years.
