This Boca Raton retirement community, one of three ACTS retirement communities in Boca Raton, opened in 1978. The community offers resort-style senior living with all of the amenities and services — from fitness and leisure activities to a variety of dining options.

Residents at St. Andrews Estates North may choose from studios to one, two and three bedroom apartment homes, all of which may be customized to suit your taste. There are 263 independent living apartments on campus, as well as continuing care accommodations of  119 skilled care beds and with 40 assisted living suites at neighboring community St. Andrews Estates South available to residents, should they ever need a higher level of care.

Secure, recognized and accredited

St. Andrews Estates North is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. This accreditation is the highest recognition a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) can attain. 

What's more, St. Andrews Estates North offers ACTS’ Type A Life Care Contract, the most secure contract a CCRC can offer, assuring our residents' physical and financial security throughout their retirement years.
