Magnolia Trace, with it’s distinction of being Alabama’s only ACTS retirement community, is also one of only a few retirement communities in Alabama to offer a Type A Life Care Contract. This contract, the most secure contract a CCRC can offer, is featured at all ACTS communities and assures residents that they will be physically and financially secure throughout their retirement years.
